Product FAQ's
Are all of your products gluten free & safe for coeliacs?
Yes! Everything we make is gluten free & nut free. HEB is founded by a coeliac, and no gluten ever enters our bakery, ensuring our products are 100% gluten free and safe for coeliacs.
Which gluten free flours do you use?
We use a wide range of gluten free flours & starches to create our gluten free products. Each product could contain a mixture of the following: Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, White Rice Flour, Cornflour, Buckwheat Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, Oat Flour (gluten free oats!), Teff Flour & Psyllium husk.
Are your products nut free too?
Yes! Our bakery is completely nut-free, and no nuts are used in any of our products or enter our premises.
Some of the ingredients we source are manufactured in facilities that also handle nuts, so they may carry a "may contain nuts" advisory. Where this applies, we pass this information on to our customers in line with the supplier's guidance, even though no nuts are used in our bakery.
Which of the major allergens do you use?
In some of our recipes, we use Eggs, Soya & Milk. Sulphites & Sesame can be found in our sausage rolls only.
Do you have any Vegan products?
Yes! Most of our bread is vegan and our Brownie & Carrot cake are both vegan too - they are to die for!
Do you have any dairy free products?
Yes! Our carrot cakes, lemon cakes and most of our bread are all dairy free.

Click & Collect FAQ's
Where is your click & collect?
Our click and collect location is based at the following address:
Nant Y Bach, Llangranogg, SA44 6RN
We are based on a dairy farm and our kitchen is located in a converted shipping container and this is where you will collect your order from. Once you have turned into Nant Y Bach, take the first right.
When and what time do you operate your click & collect?
Our click and collect is currently available on selected Saturdays each month.
It operates between 08:30 - 13:00
Do I need to pre-order for collection? Can I just turn up?
We do kindly ask everyone to place a pre-order when using our click and collect service. As our location is currently fairly small, it is important that we manage traffic levels with the pre determined time slots.
At this time, unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk-ups, but it is something we hope to do in the future!
Can I add to my pre-order on the day?
We will only bake enough stock to fulfil the pre-orders, so you won't have the opportunity to purchase more on the day at this time.
Do I need a time slot for collection?
Yes, a time slot is required for collection. This allows us to manage traffic levels at our click and collect location and to ensure that we can serve you nice and speedy! We do kindly ask you to respect your time slot.
A time slot can be selected at checkout.
The time slot I would like is not available
To allow us to manage traffic, the time slots will be limited to a certain number of orders, which are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If your time slot isn't available, unfortunately it is due to being sold out.
Is there a minimum order?
There is currently no required minimum order for our click and collect.
