Allergy Information

At HEB, we take allergens incredibly seriously.

From experiences eating out at resturants, cafes and just going to the supermarket, we know how important it is for allergy information to be easy to read, available and clear.

All of our products are gluten free & also nut free! Our bakery handles no gluten or nuts whatsoever to remove the risk of any cross contamination. With Kelly being Coeliac, having gluten around isn't even helpful as she cannot have it!

We source our gluten free flour from our wonderful friends over at Shipton Mill who have a dedicated gluten free flour mill facility which is separate from their wheat mill.

We try to cater for other dietaries and you will find some of our range is vegan and/or dairy free.
