About Us & Our Business

Firstly, thanks for visiting HEB! We are Kelly and Jonny, a husband and wife team behind HEB, a dedicated 100% gluten free bakery producing artisan breads, savouries, pastries, cakes, brownies and cookies.

HEB was founded after Kelly was diagnosed with Coeliac disease in 2025 and discovered a lack of high quality gluten free baked goods, both across West Wales and more widely in the UK. We found that many gluten free products available on the market contain long lists of preservatives and highly processed ingredients.

Our mission is to produce great tasting baked goods and provide them, for everyone that needs them! Using simple, recognisable ingredients that people would typically find in their own kitchen, without compromising on quality, flavour, texture or safety.

We met during a ski season in the Alps in 2019 and we bring our love for delicious food, great hospitality and inspiration from the coast to what we do here at HEB.

Kelly is a first language Welsh speaker and having Welsh feature in our brand was so important to us. HEB translates to 'without'. HEB Bakery, without gluten, without compromise.
